Bebop Community Build

The whole idea of this build is that we start out with spirit in lane and then pivot to gun over time. Early-game, a spirit snatch hook into ult is an instakill on anyone who doesn't have an interrupt, so we abuse that to get ahead and gank. Then we just ramp the hell out of our gun damage and play more standard, with the caveat that unlike a standard gun build, we have a strong ult and bomb. If we make it to Spellslinger with actives, our damage can keep up with most gun carries and hook is a game-winning ability late. Make sure to land your Capacitor off hooks to force a dispel check. If you end up needing slots for counterbuys, sell Swift Striker, Improved Spirit, or Enduring Speed depending on the corresponding item category. You're Thanos in early-mid game and a great brawler/initiator after that. You've got a hook. You'll be alright.
