Items That Bypass or Reduce Reload Cooldown

Hero reload time notes

Reload Time is the time it takes for a hero to reload their weapon's ammo count. Most heroes use Full Reload, reloading the entire magazine at once.

Abrams and Silver use Single Reload, loading one shell at a time after a short reload delay.

Melee attacks or dashes interrupt reloads until the animation finishes. Billy is the notable exception: light melee does not interrupt Billy's reload.
