When you sign in we store: your Steam ID (SteamID64), your numeric Steam account ID, your last-seen Steam persona name, your Steam avatar URL and profile URL, your session records, the profile customization choices you pick (such as a title, name style, avatar frame, hero banner and pinned stat highlights), the titles you have earned, and a small security log of sign-in and sign-out events.
Sign-in sets two cookies: a secure, HttpOnly session cookie, and a small non-sensitive hint cookie that only says "signed in" so the navigation can skip a request for visitors who are not signed in. We do not use these cookies for advertising.
This data lives in its own database, separate from all game and content data. Sessions expire after 30 days without use. Security log entries are kept for 90 days and are anonymized if you delete your account.
You can turn your "Linked via Steam" badge on or off, sign out everywhere, or permanently delete all of this data from youraccount page at any time. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, sessions, customization and earned titles.
Google Analytics
Lockbuilds uses Google Analytics and related Google measurement tools to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects data such as page views, session activity, browser details, device details, and general location inferred from IP address or network signals.
