Sniper Mommy [Fully annotated]

[Kinetic Carbine does not have damage fall off, you can easily hit cross map 2k damage time shots.] Kinetic Carbine has very interesting item synergies, this build has all of the ones that work, making it the best and original Paradox one-shot build.

Bit of a mix on the Carbine build, where you'd likely swap Weighted Shots out for Express Shots. Shielding instead of Enchanter's if you need more defense.
