Ignore enemies Post-Lane and just sit in between walker and base guardians. Want to be on right side of map because it's more distance and corners between those two objectives vs. left side. It's like Wallbreaker Victor but you actually just live instead of giving souls.

25+ minFortitude lets you stay in the backline. Then Cultist to start shooting minions + ignore enemies and good farm. Sell Cultist in the ultra late game for Active Item slots. This should be L-R but can deviate. I have started getting my gun 4.8 earlier and earlier. Should have all 4.8's before hard committing in backline.
