Move speed has dimishing returns so you can't go as fast as you use to but we can still go faster than most people. Don't try put to bombs on yourself and run at people a cross the map. Focuse on zooming around going veil to veil then putting 2 bombs on yourself once you get someone close to someone. Look for team fights and go hit and run tatics and go in and out hitting hard and not letting them hit you. Speed is key and you are speed
