AP entirely depends on who youre laning with and against, as spectral can be good for poking, rabbit with close quarters teammates, or just spamming ults. so please think when picking your Ability Points and NOT go left to right.

0 to 15 minSinclairs laning ENTIRELY depends on your matchups, the more known and I guess "Easier" matchups are graves (ult), Bebop (bait hooks), 7 (ult) for example. if youre newer to him just play l r but most games youll definitely be buying in different orders. His laning is mainly poking with assistant, and counterbuilding early to shut down now than later (why rusted barrel is there alongside Long Range). Compare to most the cast youre surprisingly nimble earlygame so try to avoid yellow lane and favor blue. as you can gank either side and are allowed a gracious amount of space for your bolts to slam on.

15 to 25 minYour job during midgame is to clear wave and punish solos via itemizing (slowing, disarming, decay). Focus on building an ult that can swing teamfights to your teams favor. Remember that sinclair has multiple ults that can really save, like mina,billy,7,mo,lash. dont play close up during those interactions, stay hidden up on height.... almost as if youre playing fortnite 1v1's and youre peeking via angles. thats wat you want to do, similar to lash hiding on height. throw bolts if theres no good ult in play, but if there is take one and stay on height

0 to 15 minLate Game depends on the ults in play so try to deny space via your entire kit. youll be very fast since his movement scales of spirit so try to hold onto urn in spawn and clean camps before the enemies do. you should never put yourself in a situation where youre close up with another enemy, as thats where sinclair falls apart from my observations. if youre winning and have your money up play aggro as you have 3 forms of escaping, fortitude, carpet, assistant. speak of assistant if youre going in dont use it with no regard as that is a checkpoint for you to escape. so please rememebr this from early game to late game, as i see sinclairs of ALL ranks place their assistants right in front of them or ahead of them, which is so confusing???? im sure more people will realize what its for sooner than later. remember, its a CHECKPOINT too not just a damage enhancer.

walker interactions >

this goes from easiest to hardest walkers to push, and remember to have your kit ready before running in there. yellow walker is BYFAR the easiest to backdoor, push and escape from as the Big Clair. first mantle or cornerboost from the zipline building with the T2 farm, then place your assistant on the top where it can view the walker. jump down and start sending bolts, i didnt mention but place the assistant on the top building with the out of bounds spikes, right in front of the walker. anyways once they start punishing , you have 5 different methods of escaping. by far the most in terms of pushing walkers, you can mantle and move to the crane on your right, escape towards the left by the item buffs, or escape into the teleport and finally just jump down into the t2 and leave under. 8/10 in terms of escaping. blue walker has 3 forms of placing your assistant, all there on height, so just look around you and think. youll definitely see the spots im tralking about. after swapping with your assistant you have literally so many ways of escaping, whether its from behind the walker or by the airvents. doesnt mean youll escape for free as some chracters can chase and punish you really hard as to the yellow walker. finally with the green walker its pretty easy to push and leave, this time you only have 2 assistant set ups, one on the ledge infront of the walker and one by the zipline up with that little bridge, the latter being the safest and easiest. it is a little close for comfort but that comes with 5 forms of exits, 2 from height where the t2 is, 1 airvent, and 3 on floor. im ngl i cant count so just ignore that i said 5 instead of 6. i rate this one 5/10 since you get punished pretty easily by the faster characters like calico, lash or apollo. if you leave just as they show up you wont have anything to woory about. other than that just play good.

when i spectate phantom ascendant sinclairs i almost immediately notice how robotic and often brain lacking decision making... in the micro sense. in wat i mean is how little they set up their assistants, ap buys, and especially ESPECIALLY how little they change their builds to fit the match theyre playing. when i say that i mean that sinclairs often play reactive and never proactive. the point of sinclair kinda sort of is being the Ult Guy, which to be fair is his greatest strength. the thing is many sinclairs often forget that, as in their purchases never reflect the ults they steal, and often die to the same player or reason and not do anything about it. as if theyre running into a brick wall and wondering why theyre not fazing through it. sinclairs ult is a little bit of everything but it depends on how YOU use it.

other than that please think and play with the bigger picture in mind, and not when the apollo and warden are fed. sinclair is truly an endurance test with how much bs you can pull off and or get punished for. stay true forever
