SwoleBenji YT Fast Farm Split Push Tank NUKER
This build allows you to deal decent sustained damage in early lane, jungle as FAST as possible, Split Push with Ghouls, and turn into a spirit NUKER that can also be VERY tanky late game.

Roam / Jungle / Gank
Put Compress Cooldown and Duration Extender on Borrowed Decree. Sell Close Quarters for item slot.
Late Game
Sell Close Quarters, Opening Rounds, then Intensifying Magazine, then Titanic Magazine for slots. Bind Echo Shard to Jar of Dead. Sell Split Shot as well whenever you don't need to farm.
Very Late Game
Sell Fortitude and Stamina Master for Colossus and Cheat Death.

This Shiv build lets you jungle as fast as possible and have lots of survivability to build towards being a map wide stealth ganker able to roam and pick off solo pushers as well as counter-jungle. Knife builds were nerfed but this build is insanely tanky.
