Bind Quicksilver Reload to Plot Armor.
Jungle or Solo Lane Farm Mostly.
Bind Surge of Power and Mercurial Magnum to Plot Armor.
Late Game
Sell Extra Charge, Fortitude, Titanic Magazine, Burst Fire. Bind Items to Plot Armor.
Counter the counter dorks.
Buy this if dweebs are disarming or cursing you. Replace Colossus with this. If you need tankiness replace Transcendent Cooldown instead.
