Disarming Hex times added for debuff resist! Extra Info (Read Build Description): Surge of Power is experimental. +4 Spirit Damage per bullet in Mercurial Magnum with Boundless Spirit is worse than Surge of Power with 22% Fire Rate. The trade off is less movement speed by roughly 0.8, and weaker Spirit Damage on other abilities.
