BILLY'S EARLY GAME: His early game is known to be weak but In every MOBA, having a weak early game does not mean you automatically lose lane, you just need to knowledge gap your opponent more than they need to do to win lane. [-] In order to win more games you need to stop playing sporadically and have a structured and aggressive plan that's flexible depending on the game state [-] at 0:00 as soon as you zip to lane you need to move to either veil or the corner opposite of veil so you have an aggressive stance to damage troopers and have territory control, every wave spawns in 30 second intervals, your plan is to push the wave as fast until you get Stalker, After stalker you can take more aggressive trades and start chipping them, when the wave is pushed, look if jungle camps, Bridge buffs or boxes are about to spawn, Don't force a fight when the wave is pushing to you, you will eat a lot of creep damage for nothing. You can also slow push the wave by taking only two troopers, this can force the opponent from hugging guardian and open a window to harass them.

Every 30 Seconds see the timer and the minimap (look at it as much as you can when you can) and see what objective is going to happen, for example in 2:00 minutes the small jungle creeps spawn, at 1:30 you need to hard push wave to the enemy's tower so they are jailed into making a choice, either you have priority on the jungle camp and they take the wave that's on tower, or they lose creeps to defend their jungle, in closed spaces you are the strongest so you have good room to deal some heavy damage and start creating win scenarios for yourself, Remember that to start winning in deadlock, you have to force your opponent to make costly decisions, thus you intentionally make win win scenarios. [-] BILLY'S MID GAME: Play around two lanes and near the next objective, see the wave states, which team has priority on the wave; how many lanes are pushed in and how many enemies are on the map, If the lane is near the enemy walker i.e. and you know that only one player is going to catch the troopers, you can catch them off guard for a cheeky kill or if it's pushing on your towers you can clear two waves fast then decide if you want to roam, push or clear jungle until the wave comes back to your tower, clear jungle camps until the next wave moves where you can catch it or make an opportunity to roam with your ult. YOUR IDEAL PRIORITY SHOULD BE: Roam or Objective > Wave > Sinners > Jungle > Side or Mid Boxes, Push, Ideally roam 20 seconds before your ult is up for a better winning chance, but you can roam without it too.

OBJECTIVE LIST AND TIMERS: [-] Small Jungle Camp 2:00 and 1:35 after clear [-] Boxes 3:00 and every 3:00 after clear [-] Bridge Buffs 5:00 and every 5:00 on timer [-] Sinner's Sacrifice 8:00 and 5:00 after clear [-] Mid-Boss Boxes 10:00 and 3:00 after break[-] Urn 10:00 and every 5:00 on timer [-] Unstable Rift spawns at 11, 12, or 13 mins and every 7:00 on timer, DROP EVERYTHING AND FIGHT FOR IT [-] BILLY'S LATE GAME: Control of mid wave is always important, it helps your team move and not get collapsed by the enemy team while you can collapse on them, AT ALL TIMES, EVERY STAGE OF THE GAME USE YOUR COMMS TO MAKE YOUR MOVE AND INTENTION CLEAR TO THE TEAM [-] When engaging aggressively be cautious towards the invisible wall of contested territory be near the effective range of your team so you can help them and they can help you not get singled out and picked unless you have a strong lead to tank, as a tank it is your duty to engage fights, Know where your team is so you don't dive alone, During teamfight look for key targets of the enemy team, in priority Carry > Support > Assasin > Tank AND THE SAME FOR PROTECTING YOUR TEAM, If your team is caught in a fight, join them if they can sustain long enough (they are a tanky hero), otherwise leave them for dead, You need to be present in every fight because it's better to force win/lose situations than lose/lose

BILLY COMBOS: Before 3 point Blasted: 2 > 3 > 1 After 3 Point Bashdown 2 > 1 > 3 > 1 You can use your ult at any point of your combo, here are suggestions: Combo start: silence their mobility so they can't escape the moment they see you End combo: To extend the fight or use the extra resistances as they start to fight back, you can prep a heavy melee as you pull them back, but beware that people know this and might parry as they are being pulled. While you are fighting jungle camps hold your Melee and m1 between hits, billy's Blasted Passively gives him ammo with every melee attack, Also use the Max Rising Ram for it's extra bullet damage on top of the Spirit DPS

Lane Synergies: Billy loves to sidelane with Supports like Paige and Rem that make him a strong laner or Heroes that are strong laners on their own like Drifter and Lady Geist that play aggressive for Billy to follow, Billy hates to play with other melee characters because they have the same weaknesses as him, heroes that also have a weak early game like Ivy, Kelvin, Seven and any hero that plays behind like Mina and Vindicta because they don't take any initiative and prefer play safe to scale

Lane Matchups: Billy loves Melee vs Melee Matchups or heroes that engage with no escape tool because he can always have an opportunity to engage but he gets wrecked by Strong Lane Heroes that have some form of cheap CC, Tons of Range or Strong Hit and Run. Avoid laning against these heroes [-] Cheap CC: Haze, Silver, The Doorman, Venator [-] [-] Tons of Range: Grey Talon, Holiday, Mina [-] [-] Strong Hit and Run: Apollo, Bebop, Calico, Infernus, Lash, Mo & Krill, Pocket [-] You will be forced to play against these annoying heroes often so aim to interact the least possible against them unless they make a mistake or you create an opportunity for a positive trade
