The idea with this build is to have constant wolf uptime and never have to base. Enchanter's Emblem and Superior Cooldown make it so you can always have ult up. Whenever your ult is off cooldown you want to be invading camps and looking for fights. Make sure you have enough resists to survive getting bursted down and don't fall too behind in souls or it will be hard to transform.
