0 to 15 minOptionalYou might want this early for enemy jungle stealing and lane clearing. Sell it later for slots. I'm allergic to gun items so I'm putting it down here for my protection.

The goal of this build is to waste as much of the enemy's time as possible. You need to be an enticing target constantly, but not in a way that gets you killed all the time. To that end, echo-cube and e-shift juggling into leap-escapes is the play. Use your first cube fairly early while getting jumped. Try to stall out a few seconds once it pops via your healthbar, then pop e-shift. By the time e-shift is up, ideally, the cube is back. Then after that cube, stall if you can, but pop echo into another cube early enough that you definitely don't die. Then, use the extended duration of your cube to let leap's damage cooldown come off, and leap away to safety. Even if they keep chasing you, by the time any of them catch you, you should have more resources to burn. Use ball as a last resort also, and you can beam heal yourself in ball on the way out.

Creator Notes

During fights, you're a support. You cube allies, beam them or puddle punch them out of danger, and puddle punch enemies into bad positions. Outside of fights, you steal the enemy jungle, shove lanes in a braindead fashion, and generally be annoying and constantly demanding of the enemy's attention. Ideally, you have several enemies occupied for minutes at a time, and can get away scott free because of your build. You especially want to annoy enemy carries, and get in the way of them solo farming. You want to be annoying enough that they try to chase you, then stay tantalizingly out of reach so that they KEEP wanting to chase you, to the detriment of their team.

Leap is one of the best items for Viscous. With T2 cube and superior duration, cube lasts longer than leap's damage cooldown, meaning you can leap out of it by mashing leap, even in the middle of the enemy. Also, if you place a puddle punch on a wall, then leap just before the punch hits you, you gain INSANE momentum combined from leap and punch. If you do this off of a slope like at the urn pickup, and cube in midair, you gain even more momentum. If you hit it right, you can deliver Urn in less than 10 seconds.

Beam is part of the bread-and-butter toolkit of support viscous. Beam + cube is an amazing combo, and you can also use beam in ball to truly yank your allies out of certain death. There are a million ways to use beam to shift a teamfight, but most often you'll be using it to deny the enemy team picks. Pay very close attention to allies when they're deep in enemy territory or up a lane, and try to get them out if they mess up and overstay their welcome.

Creator Notes

Echo Shard and Ethereal Shift are the items that allow you to stall out fights for a very long time. If you get good with your cooldown juggling and stall with puddle punch between cooldowns enough, you can drag fights out with multiple opponents almost indefinitely. The careful juggling of your cube, echo, and e-shift cooldowns is the primary learning curve you'll need to get through to see this build shine. In general, try to wait as long as possible to use your echo shard. You want to get 2 cubes before you pop echo for a third. That's not always possible, but thats the goal. The ideal is: Cube - delay a few seconds - e-shift - cube - echo - cube. Anywhere in that process, if you can sneak in an extra cooldown by puddle punching around instead of cubing or e-shifting, that's great. But you always want to leave your last cube for a leap-escape. The goal is to stall as long as possible AND not die.
