This build allows you to jungle as early and as fast as possible while dealing tons of damage early, mid, and late game. You scale into an incredibly deadly GUN carry with LOTS of mobility and survivability.

Bind Surge of Power to Flying Cloak.
Late Game
Vampiric Burst keeps you alive in fights. Lucky Shot is MORE dmg. Sell High-Velocity Rounds for item slots.
Very Late Game
Sell High-Velocity Rounds for Frenzy. Sell Intensifying Mag for Siphon Bullets. Sell Fortitude for Colossus.
