This build will allow you to very quickly control the jungle camps on the map, push lanes, and defend your base late game if you're losing. Otherwise you're a backline artillery bomber with a safety nest of turrets, heals, and walls while being SUPER tanky.

Have a strong map presence by being in as many fights as possible by being very mobile and consistently debuff the enemy. This build is not for the aggressive playstyle. A dead support is a bad support. You will be a menace and make people hate your turrets. With this build you can avoid many deaths, staying alive means helping in more fights. Stick to rooftops and vantage points, engage from a distance and stay out of reach from the enemy.
