Global Cooldown nerfs but buffs to getting early Spirit means we can play with Knives more for a mid game powerspike. Dash max cooldown refund is now 8 seconds. Dashgod is officially back! Moved Return Fire + Leech tank to optional late game category against bullet DPS. Added back in Spirit strike and Spirit Snatch into core. Rearranged order of Mid game items (Delay Spirit Lifesteal).

215This build lets you fast farm jungle and lanes with decent mobility to get in and out of team fights or even counter jungle to build up towards a full arensal of spirit and tank gear to allow your daggers to melt everyone. Late game you become super deadly with just a few hits.
