This Shiv build lets you jungle as fast as possible and have lots of survivability to build towards being a map wide stealth ganker able to roam and pick off solo pushers as well as counter-jungle. Knife builds were nerfed but this build is insanely tanky.

This build lets you fast farm jungle and lanes with decent mobility to get in and out of team fights or even counter jungle to build up towards a full arensal of spirit and tank gear to allow your daggers to melt everyone. Late game you become super deadly with just a few hits.
