Mina has a rough time when enemies buy Disarming Hex, Return Fire and Slowing Bullets. Disarming Hex is a major problem because it can shut down a key play right when Mina wants to start or finish a fight. Return Fire is a warning sign when Mina has to keep shooting into someone who can throw that pressure back. Slowing Bullets hurts because Mina needs clean movement, spacing, and chase potential to stay useful. Most of the strongest results here are vitality items, so the pattern is less about one random purchase and more about enemies making fights harder to start, finish, or escape. If you are playing Mina, check for these items before taking a full fight. If you are playing against Mina, these are strong tools for making each engage harder and forcing Mina to work for every kill.

Mina has the hardest time into McGinnis, Victor and Seven because those matchups can make it difficult to take clean fights. These heroes can slow the game down, punish bad engages, or force Mina to spend too much before getting real value. On the other side, Mina looks more comfortable into heroes like Venator, Rem and Bebop, where there is more room to move, trade, and choose when the fight starts. The middle matchups are still playable either way, so do not treat the list as a hard rule. Team setup, item timing, and how safely Mina enters the fight will matter a lot.

Mina is not going to feel the same in every rank. In some brackets, players may give cleaner openings and let Mina stay active in fights. In tougher games, enemies are more likely to respect Mina's timing, group better, and shut the play down before Mina gets full value.
